I have no WiFi on my WiFi motherboard. What do i do?

i have the MSI Pro B550-VC WiFi motherboard however i have no wifi. i was told to install drivers however i got an error message saying they couldnt be installed to my system. i have Windows 10. i dont have access to another computer. how may i solve this problem

    Hello Robert, this is Emily.

    Which driver did you install? Did you get it from MSI's website for this board? https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/PRO-B550M-VC-WI...

    You will need to download the AMD WIFI Drivers listed on that page, and since it is a zip file, it is very important that you extract that file into a folder first, then go to the folder and run the .exe file.

    If that's exactly what you already did, can you please share the exact error message? Any screenshot will help too. Thank you!
