How can I clean up AppData?

I have 118GB on my computer but only have 5GB remaining. AppData is taking up about 70GB of storage, and I know not to delete random things from there or mess around with it but I don't know how to get storage back. I've used disk cleanup and deleted temporary files, but still nothing is working. I also used TreeSize to figure out about AppData, but now I'm not sure how I can clean up storage from there.

Have you cleared your browser data? Please note that the "Temporary Internet Files" item you see in Disk Cleanup is a legacy item for IE. For any modern browser, such as Edge, Chrome, or Firefox, you must clear browsing data from within the browser.
