how do I purchase Windows 10 to download on my PC instantly

Each one of the links I get to with my search "buy windows 10 license" (including the item above) has a link to download Windows 10 that is preceded with "To get started, you will first need to have a license to install Windows 10."

That response is EVERYWHERE in every link I have found about Windows 10. I cannot find where to purchase a license. Why not Windows 11? My perfectly functioning, fast, Dell machine with plenty of RAM is apparently too old for Windows 11.

Please, how do upgrade from Win 8.1 to 10? The Microsoft store only presents options to buy a product key for Windows 11, which I can't install, apparently.

You will be able to download Windows 10 for free and you will need to make an installer ISO file that has at least 8GB of space to be able to install it and for the product key you will need to check this with a trusted retail shop near you as Microsoft does not offer Windows 10 anymore on its website as Windows 11 is now being promoted. You cannot buy and download Windows 10.

It's either you download if you can, or you purchase a Windows 10 computer. You can also just keep your Windows device.
