As I try to update WhatsApp in the Microsoft Store, I'm met with an unexpected error message.

    Hello kavin_kumar, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand that you are getting the error code Ox80072EFE when trying to update WhatsApp from the Microsoft Store;

    Initially I recommend that you check if you are updated with the latest version of Windows 11;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Update and Security;

    Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates;

    Run the Troubleshooter for Store Apps;

    Press Windows key + i and go to System;

    Click on Troubleshooting and then on Other Troubleshooters;

    Locate WIndows Store Apps and click Run on the right;

    Clear store cache;

    Click on the Windows search bar and type: wsreset press Enter;

    Uninstall WhatsApp;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Apps;

    Click Installed apps;

    Locate WhatsApp in the list and Uninstall it;

    Access the Microsoft Store and download WhatsApps again;

    Check if the problem is fixed;
