    Hello Omar,

My name is Nada, I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue, and I will try my best to assist you.

I will try my best to assist you with this.

Let me ask you a few questions to provide a proper resolution.

-May I ask who set up the BitLocker on your PC?

-Are you using a work or personal computer?

The BitLocker recovery key is a unique 48-digit numerical password that can be used to unlock your system. This key may be stored in your Microsoft account, printed or saved as a file, or with an organization that is managing the device. The requirement for a recovery key in these cases is a critical component of the protection that BitLocker provides your data.

Here is the link where you can check your BitLocker key using your Microsoft account:

    https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey

    onedrive.live.com/recoverykey

You can check this link for more details:

Hope it helps you. Please let me know if you still need further assistance.

    Regards,

    Try enabling Auto Unlock: https://techviral.net/enable-bitlocker-auto-unlock-windows-11/

If you still are experiencing issues then once you get it unlocked I suggest you turn OFF BitLocker. Then later, turn it back ON. Make sure you keep the password and recovery key in a safe place.

possible reason could be that there may be some issues with the BitLocker configuration or the hard drive itself.
