Hi,
Drivers should be downloaded from the laptop manufacturer's official website and not from the Intel website.
Try these steps to clean install the WiFi/Bluetooth driver:
1)Download the latest version of the WiFi and Bluetooth driver from your computer or motherboard manufacturer's website and save it to your Desktop.
- Disconnect from the Internet, (unplug the Ethernet cable and/or disable WiFi).
- Go to Device Manager>network adapters, right click on the wireless network adapter and choose Uninstall, select the checkbox, "Remove the driver software for this device". Restart your computer while still disconnected from the internet.
4)Right click on the driver file downloaded previously and run it as administrator. Please install the Bluetooth driver first and then the WiFi driver.
- Restart your computer, reconnect to the internet and try again.
If the problem persists, check for Chipset and BIOS updates or reset the BIOS to defaults.
