Hello and thanks for reaching out for support. My name is Larribeau and a regular user like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

To set up your email to work with Photo Gallery in Windows 11, follow these steps:

Make sure that you have an email client installed on your computer, such as Microsoft Outlook or Windows Mail.

Open Photo Gallery and select the photos you want to send.

Click on the "Share" tab at the top of the window.

If the "Email" option is faded and cannot be selected, it means that you need to set up your email account in Windows 11.

To do this, click on the "Start" button and select "Settings".

Click on "Accounts" and then select "Email & accounts".

Click on "Add an account" and follow the prompts to set up your email account.

Once your email account is set up, go back to Photo Gallery and select the photos you want to send.

Click on the "Share" tab and select the "Email" option.

A new email message will open with the selected photos attached. Add the recipient's email address and any other details you want to include, and then click "Send".

That should allow you to send photos directly from Photo Gallery through your email client.
