Your screenshot indicates you still have Windows 11 Home Single Language installed, were you not given the choice of installing the Pro version when you used a bootable USB to re-install Windows 11?

    Hai Dave... Thanks of your guidence with problem that I found
    I had reinstall with my new external dvdrw HP USB DVDRW drive with cd oem on it with new storage.

    on Change product key I put the key that on package of cd oem win pro 11 then next button I pressed

    on the screen I saw information like I this

    The product key that you entered didn't work
    Check the product key and try again, or enter a diffrent one

    What sould I do next

    Hai Dave.... thanks the information from you... I got cd oem win11pro with include all informfation on the packegage

    the code with hollowgram ... but Idon't have new external dvd... to use I tried and try to do installation till the instalation done but the os is home edition Idont know I will try to reinstall I just wait for external dvd rw ... I tried to do Instalation prepared with my another computer with os linux ubuntu to get information

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    You cannot upgrade directly from an OEM Windows 11 Home licence to an OEM Windows 11 Pro licence, you would need to create a bootable Windows 11 USB, then backup your personal files and use the bootable Windows 11 USB to clean install Windows 11 Pro OEM.

    Did they provide you with a Windows 11 USB when you purchased the Windows 11 Pro OEM licence?
