Bluetooth issue I Cannot connect logitech mouse and keyboard anymore

I tried to use a bluetooth adapter (tp link) which during installation asked me to deactivate all other bluetooth devices in device manager.

Did that - all of them "disappeared". I made them reappear again. I could connect bose headphones again, but all my (3!) logitech devices fail to connect.

I get "try connecting your device again" all the time.

What can I do?.. Windows 11.

Thank you - the devices (mouse and keyboard are fine).

I can actually still connect them via Logitechs unifying receiver. But I cannot connect them directly with bluetooth.

I did try to disconnect from unifying receiver and then connect directly as well - didn't work.

All my drivers are quite old but recent, i.e., i cannot roll back anything.

Hi, thanks for replying, can you do the steps I provide in your "Realtek Bluetooth Adapter"

If you are still having the same issue, the next step would be to do a system restore, wherein we will restore the device to the point that it is working perfectly, kindly follow the steps from this link:

Under "How to undo changes using System Restore on Windows 11"

    Hello Pu,

My name is Hanem, an independent advisor, and I'm here to help you.

I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue, and I will try my best to assist you.

have you noticed any changes before the issue starts? and is the Logitech mouse and keyboard can still connect to different PC? if not, there might be a hardware problem with the mouse and keyboard, if you can still use it on a different device let us roll back the Bluetooth driver by following the steps below:

    Open Device Manager

Click View > Click Show Hidden devices

    Click the Dropdown for Bluetooth

Right-click and Update your Bluetooth driver

Look for "Browse my computer for driver"

Let me pick drivers available drivers

Choose an old driver and use it.
