Sorry for the delay. You can go ahead and reset, that's NOT going to delete your files as long as you select Keep Files, however, please be aware that all applications will still have to be reinstalled after the reset.

I bought this laptop 1.5 years ago initially it didnt had any issues but one day i came up with this issue that my speakers arent working i dont know what to do as by that time i was new to Windows ive used windows but this is my first windows pc....so suddenly one day saw that my speakers arent working but after trying everything i just restarted my laptop and the problem got solved and evertime i faced this isse i used to restart as i got this issue 1 or 2 tiimes a month but as the months pass this problem became more and more frequent i would say in a week atlest 1 or 2 times they would stop working and instead of restarting i just troubleshoot it ....and the laptop started to have other issues like sometimes while restarting the device just got stuck on that restart sceen as i dont have specifications and my device turns on and restarts in 10-15 secs later on ii would just face this problem once or twice a month and fast-forward to now my speakers out of nowhere while switching tabs or after locking the device they stop working and i troubleshoot atleast 10 times a day so that my speakers can work in this month only my trackpad stopped working i restarted it worked and suddenly while working it stops working....now even after restart it still doesnt work i am replying in my external mouse and now started to get this new issue that i plug in the usb but it doesnt seem to detect my device.

It's always best to make free backup images.
The backup images are saved to another disk drive or to the cloud.
Then if there are any problems including unexpected disk failure an image can be restored.
Once the current problems are fixed these are some third party software for making free and pay backup images:
(Acronis, Aoemi, EaseUS, Macrium, Paragon, etc.)

2023-04-15T23:11:03+00:00 Thank you. BIOS is updated and other drivers for that board. You may have a corrupted OS. The reset might be our only way to fix these problems, D.
I suggest resetting this using a cloud install to be sure it installs a fresh copy of Windows. You can do this under Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Get Started. Then, select Keep my files and choose cloud install.
That should reinstall all drivers back automatically as well. I hope that works out for you.
I wish you the best.

2023-04-15T19:21:45+00:00 Hi there! I hope you are well. My name is, Zadee. Sorry to hear about your experience. I'll try my best to help you today.
Yes, a reset might fix all this problem but I would first check driver updates from your device manufacturer's website. Can you share your system information, for now, please?
- On your keyboard, press Windows + R
- Type: msinfo32 (Press Enter)
- Take a screenshot of the System Information, please make sure to get the System Model, Baseboard Manufacturer, Baseboard Product, and BIO Version/Date.
- Then upload it here by dragging and dropping the image to your reply
Thank you.
