My pc won’t boot into the bios or windows automatically after restarting on windows update

My newly built Pc with a asus z590-p board 32gb of ram 1tb 970 ssd and an intel i7 11700k, won’t boot into either windows 10 or the bios after its installation. I was able to use windows 10 before but then I had to update the computer and it restarted and didn’t display anything for a while so I restarted the computer. Now the computer doesn’t automatically have the splash page and won’t boot into the Bios no matter how hard I try. Windows 10 doesn’t boot neither. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Hi Shanequake,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Disconnect the power cable from your PC

Open the case of your PC and remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard.

Press and hold the power button on the case of your PC for 30 seconds.

    Wait 30 minutes.

    Re-insert the CMOS battery.

Reconnect the power cable to your PC and start it up, does it boot up into Windows or do you see the manufacturer logo screen?

It worked now thank you. What it was a single stick of ram issue. My bios only had support for a single 16 gb stick of RAM. After taking one out it booted directly into windows. Thank you!
