I'm trying to turn on my new speakers and for some reason it's all mixed up. I've confirmed this is them, it goes away when I remove the dongle.

Creative Pebble v3 does not have dongles. It has a ubc-c to ubc-a cable adapter in case your computer does not have usb-c ports.

    Hi Laura

I'm Juliet and Im happy to help you :)

I would suggest you try to Check your default audio settings. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Right-click on the speaker icon in the system tray and select "Open Sound settings."
    2. Under the "Input" section, make sure that your new speakers are not selected as the default input device.
    3. If they are, change it to your computer's built-in microphone or other appropriate input device.

Also, you could try to Disable unused input devices. In the same Sound settings window, scroll down to the "Input" section and click on "Device properties." Here you can disable any unused input devices, including "Realtek(R) Audio Stereo Mix."

I hope it helps! Let me know the results.

Have a nice day ahead and Stay safe always :)
