My fifa 23 keeps crashing when i launch it

My Fifa 23 crashes when i press the A button on my xbox controller to enter my profile. My game crashed this morning and i had to force shut down my pc. After i turned it back on and launched fifa i started having this problem. My game just crashes as soon as i press something. I updated my drivers, updated windows, ran fifa as admin, reinstalled the game and repaired game files but nothing worked. What do I have to do?

    • Did this happen after a specific update? System update, driver update, or game update?
    • Does this happen in other games?

    I have noticed similar situations reported by members in the FIFA forum.

    Based on their discussions, the issue you are experiencing may be related to EA anti-cheat programs.

    FIFA Forum members offered some ideas that might work.

    • Adjust Exploit Protection.
    • Block anti-cheat files.

    As a supplement, another potentially effective approach is to turn off Kernel-mode Hardware-enforced Stack Protection.

    • You can type Core isolation in the search box, find and run it.
    • Then try to turn off Kernel-mode Hardware-enforced Stack Protection.

    If the problem only occurs in FIFA, I sincerely recommend that you report the situation to EA.

    This will help EA investigate and analyze the issue.
