I am unable to connect to some specific websites

I am not able to connect to some websites for example google, bing, youtube etc. Each time i get an error message saying this page isnt working. I tried brave and edge both having the same problem. I went into the proxy settings and there was a checkmark infront of "Use proxy script" followed by an IP address. I tried unchecking it but it keeps on checking itself on its own.
OS: Windows 10 Home version 22H2

    If you're on a corporate or school network, it's possible that there's a group policy set by your network administrator that's forcing the proxy settings. Unfortunately, in that case, you may not be able to change the proxy settings.
