Where to find Help for File Explorer Search?

Summary Question:

Does anyone know if there's any comprehensive Help published by Microsoft for using its File Explorer Search?

And if so... how does one find it (as F1 and ? Don't Work).

More Complete Information:

This may (or may not) sound like a silly question: But for the life of me, I can't access Help on File Explorer Search.

When in File Explorer Search, pressing F1 does nothing.

There's a ? button at the top right of File Explorer but that merely launched MS Edge and Bing.

Some feedback to Microsoft here: Most of us already know how to launch a browser and run searches.

I have searched Microsoft Docs using various searches (including of course "Help for File Explorer Search").

This (and other similar searches) results in various articles, none of which are Help on File Explorer Search.

Does anyone know is such a thing exists or has Microsoft chosen to not publish help on this feature?

If it does exist and you know how to find, I would very much appreciate reading that information,

Hi again. Though not strictly true, have marked as answered (as it was helpful and there isn't a 'Helpful' option).

Still, kind of disappointing to confirm what I was growing to suspect.

i.e. That Microsoft can't be bothered publishing help on what is likely one of the most widely used windows interface elements.

Those are the most complete tutorials I've found recently for File Explorer Search. I don't see anything that's left out, but it does take several to cover everything so something might be missing. But I've been in forums long enough to know that it's more than anyone else would have given.

Let me know if I can help further. I'll stay subscribed to this thread in case you need anything else, until the System locks it in a few months.

Also if any post helped, you can mark it helpful or Answer to point it out to others who find this thread in searches.

    Thank very much for responding.

In my efforts to find help I did of course come across the first two in the list you've suggested.

Since your response I have have looked at the balance.

In one case (the second in second your list) has helped further my understanding on a some points.

So for that I thank you again.

I don't know if there's more to know or not:

Do you happen to know if the table in of 'keywords' in your second suggestion is complete?

That is to say: Does it include all search options (aside of course from the 'built in menu" settings)?
