unfortunately I followed all given steps and it does not solve the issue.

However and after several trials and digging the issue is solved by the following steps

    1. open search in taskbar and search for Event Viewer
    2. open Administrative Events
    3. search in all errors until you find error called "Faulting application name: spoolsv.exe, version: xxxxxx, Faulting module name: xxxxxxxxxx.dll, version: xxxxxx, time stamp: xxxxxx
    4. in my case the fault was happen by file called "HpTcpMon.dll"

then I followed the steps in the following link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-server/printing/printer-spooler-crashes-hp-printer-installed

    issue Solved.........

    Hi merlina

    Thanks for support

    I tried all these methods.

Method 1 _I got massage ‘ no physical printer installed’ ‘ not fixed’. Although all printers are shown in “printers & Devices”

Method 2 & 3 does not solve the issue as well.

Is it possible that this is a virus?

    Looking for feedback

    Hi Walid,

My name is Merlina, I am an Independent Advisor and a user like yourself. I'm Sorry to know that you're having this issue. I apologize for the inconvenience. I'll do my best to help you.

When you encounter the error message "local print spool service is not running" while attempting to print documents or manage printers, it indicates that the Print Spooler service on your computer is not working correctly.

Please try the steps below to fix this issue:

Method 1: Run the printer troubleshooter

    > Press the Windows Key + S and search for "Printers & Scanners" to open the settings.

    > Once the settings are open, locate "Run the Troubleshooter" on the right-hand menu.

    > Click on "Next" to begin the troubleshooting process.

    > Wait for the Troubleshooter to finish scanning your computer.

    > Choose the printer that is experiencing issues.

    > Click "Next" and wait for the scan to complete.

    > The Troubleshooter will recommend making the printer the default printer.

    >Click "Apply this fix" and wait for the Troubleshooter to apply the new settings.

Method 2: Restart the Print Spooler service

    > Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.

    >Type "services.msc" (without quotes) and hit Enter.

    >Scroll down to locate "Print Spooler" in the list of services.

    >Right-click on "Print Spooler" and select "Restart".

    >Wait for the service to restart and then try printing again.

Method 3: Clear the print queue

    >Open the Run dialog box by pressing Windows key + R.

    >Type "services.msc" (without quotes) and hit Enter.

    >Scroll down to locate "Print Spooler" in the list of services.

    >Right-click on "Print Spooler" and select "Stop".

    >Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS.

    >Delete all files in the PRINTERS folder.

    >Go back to the Services window and right-click on "Print Spooler" again, this time selecting "Start".

    >Try printing again.

Other steps to try from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix...

I hope this will help you. Thank you!
