I'm sorry to know that none of the steps worked so far Ferat.
are there any changes made or updates before the issue? if so, I suggest doing System Restore. This is a Windows feature that will bring back the working state of your device without affecting your files, only the system changes will be removed within the restore point that we are going to use.
- Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
- Press the power button again to turn on your device.
- When Windows restart (Windows logo will show), hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
Repeat the process 3 times, to allow your device to fully restart and enter Windows Recovery.
>Once you are in Advance options.
>On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advance options > System restore
>Choose a restore point/date before the issue.
if no restore point is available, please try Resetting this PC and make sure to click on "keep your files when prompted".
> Repeat the 1-3 process above. Once you are in Advance Option > click Troubleshoot> Reset PC> Keep my files.
This process will take up to an hour to complete. Please be patient.
I hope this information will help you. Thank you
