Hello.

First of all sorry for my english It isn’t my main language.

So here is the big issue that i have and that can’t find any issue. It has been 5 days that i can’t work because It seems that there’s no solution for my problem.

  • I have decided a few days ago to reboot completely my PC. It went well. Everything was clean, working fast again. Was happy about It.
  • i’ve updated Windows as my pc asked me to
  • i’ve REstarted my PC and they said that there’s a problem with my PIN. Impossible to do anything. What the hell? There’s also a solution to write a password but i’ve never choosed any password to begin with. So it’s impossible for me to conne t.
  • Anyways, i was ok to reboot It again and do a main password without any PINs
  • When i près TAB and restart my computer i GO to the window settings (blue screen with many options). I click on restore my PC and… BLACK SCREEN! Can’t do anything.
  • i restart my PC, i GO to the main page where they ask my password again. I GO AGAIN on the window settings menu and the problem is here: as many options i can choose, there’s always a black screen that won’t let me continue the process. ANY options is the same. CMD, restoring, uninistall, last Windows update etc. Always a damn black screen.
  • i first thought It was a screen problem, but all my screens are the same. Tested many HDMI câbles, everything leds me to black screen after choosing an option on this menu.
  • OK, so maybe i can reboot by Accessing to a BOOT MENU/BIOS. GUESS WHAT? Nothing works! 😂 I try to tap escape after pressing power. F1, F2, F3, F4 etc… NOTHING. CAN’T ACESS A BOOT MENU

I literally don’t know what to do. I’ve tested absolutely everything. It’s driving me crazy because thé computer seems to work. I open It fine i can access to the main Windows page where they ask my password. BUT I CAN’T REBOOT IT.

I desesperetely need HELP!

Thank you very much!

I'm sorry to know that none of the steps worked so far Ferat.

are there any changes made or updates before the issue? if so, I suggest doing System Restore. This is a Windows feature that will bring back the working state of your device without affecting your files, only the system changes will be removed within the restore point that we are going to use.

    1. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    2. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
    3. When Windows restart (Windows logo will show), hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.

Repeat the process 3 times, to allow your device to fully restart and enter Windows Recovery.

    >Once you are in Advance options.

    >On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advance options > System restore

    >Choose a restore point/date before the issue.

if no restore point is available, please try Resetting this PC and make sure to click on "keep your files when prompted".

    > Repeat the 1-3 process above. Once you are in Advance Option > click Troubleshoot> Reset PC> Keep my files.

This process will take up to an hour to complete. Please be patient.

I hope this information will help you. Thank you

    Hello,

Thank you for trying to help me. My PC is the 880-080nf HP omen.

I tried to reset the BIOS by resetting the CMOS. It unfortunately didn’t changed anything.

When i tap F8 nothing happens, i still GO to the main Windows menu page where they asked a password i’ve never set.

I’m out of ideas right now…
