Hello! My name is Mostafa, and I’m an independent advisor and a long-time Microsoft user.

I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue, and I will try my best to assist you with this so that you find a satisfactory solution.

    Please try the steps below

    For reset taskbara

    1. Press Windows key + X
    2. Click Task Manager
    3. Select the Processes tab
    4. Scroll down to Windows Explorer then select it
    5. Click Restart

For Language, you can try going to Settings > Time & Language > Language and click on “Add a language” if there isn’t any language installed yet.

For Clock, you can try going to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time and toggle on “Set time automatically”.

For Wifi, you can try going to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi and toggle on “Wi-Fi”.

For Battery, you can try going to Settings > System > Battery and toggle on “Battery saver status until next charge”.

    Check for Update

Select Start > Settings > Windows Update, then select Check for updates

For the Notification icon, you can try right-clicking your taskbar and select “Taskbar Settings.” You can also head to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar instead. Scroll down in the Settings window that appears and click “Turn system icons on or off” under Notification area
