Please try the steps below
For reset taskbara
- Press Windows key + X
- Click Task Manager
- Select the Processes tab
- Scroll down to Windows Explorer then select it
- Click Restart
For Language, you can try going to Settings > Time & Language > Language and click on “Add a language” if there isn’t any language installed yet.
For Clock, you can try going to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time and toggle on “Set time automatically”.
For Wifi, you can try going to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi and toggle on “Wi-Fi”.
For Battery, you can try going to Settings > System > Battery and toggle on “Battery saver status until next charge”.
Check for Update
Select Start > Settings > Windows Update, then select Check for updates
For the Notification icon, you can try right-clicking your taskbar and select “Taskbar Settings.” You can also head to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar instead. Scroll down in the Settings window that appears and click “Turn system icons on or off” under Notification area
