Hello! My name is Cristiano. I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Make sure that your display settings are set to a compatible resolution and refresh rate. Right-click on your desktop and select "Display settings," then make sure that the resolution and refresh rate are appropriate for your monitor.
- An outdated or incompatible graphics card driver could cause issues with the magnifier window. Try updating your graphics card driver to the latest version.
- Try restarting the Magnifier to see if that resolves the issue. To do this, open the Magnifier by pressing the Windows key and the plus (+) or minus (-) key, then click on the Magnifier icon in the taskbar to access the settings. Under "Views," select either Lens or Docked view, and click "Turn off" and then "Turn on" to restart the Magnifier.
- Hardware acceleration can sometimes cause issues with the magnifier window. To disable hardware acceleration, right-click on your desktop and select "Display settings," then scroll down and click on "Advanced display settings." From there, click on "Graphics settings," and then click on "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling" to disable it.
I hope this helps.
