I have located the program files for hp analytics and have used the (garbage can icon) to delete but at first it said I needed administrator permissions. tried that and did not work, Now it says I need system permission to delete.

I have searched the web to find out how to gain these permissions, tried them all still not able to delete.

I am running windows 11.

    Hi JoeVOL,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Before you delete those files, have you uninstalled the HP Touchpoint Manager Client software from the Settings App - Apps- Installed Apps?

Also click your Start Button, then just type services and press Enter to open the Services app and search for HP TouchPoint Analytics, if you can find that service, double click it and set its startup type to disabled, then restart (not shut down) your PC and check if you can delete the files.
