I am unable to pause. Settings tells me the pause limit has been reached and this update has to be installed before I can pause again. That would be great if the f'ing update would install, which it won't.
The latest update to my PC for Windows 10 keeps trying to install, and then can't, so uninstalls.
Why doesn't this update:
2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022729)
Windows for home | Windows 10 | Windows update

Many people have reported that they are having issues with driver updates not installing through the Windows Update process and this seems to be a bug that many people are experiencing, the cause is due to the installed device drivers being newer than the ones drivers offered in current Windows updates.
The best option would be to pause your updates on Windows Update for 7 days to prevent these drivers from trying to install themselves until Microsoft releases a patch to fix this bug.
