can anyone provide genuine keyboard driver (latest) of lenovo v14 IKB?

my keyboard stops working intermittently and only aparticular row stops working i cannot afford an ecternal keyboard now.

    Hi ANNEWSH,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Lenovo do not use custom drivers for the keyboard in that model of laptop, they use the generic Windows keyboard drivers, the only custom driver would be for the Function keys (F1 - F12) on that keyboard.

    Open the Settings App

    Go to Update & Security - Troubleshoot

    Click Additional Troubleshooters

    Run the Keyboard troubleshooter

    If that does not resolve this for you

    Open Device Manager

    Expand the Keyboards section

    Right click your keyboard and choose 'Uninstall'

    Then restart your laptop

    Here is the link to the support site for that model. It looks like they have a driver scan tool that can provide the correct drivers for that model.
