Hi Thamer, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

    See if this helps

Go to Settings > Time & Language > Language and Region > Administrative language settings.

    • Click on "Copy settings..." button and make sure you put a check on the Welcome screen and system accounts and New user accounts
    • Click OK
    • Next, click on the "Change system locale..." button and make sure it is set to English
    • On the Region window, click on the Formats tab.
    • Click the dropdown menu and then scroll up to select "Match Windows display language (recommended)"

    Hello Paulo,

I tried everything but unfortunately nothing works for my case.

I changed my language from English (United States) to English (United Kingdom) and it worked fine for me.

Cannot understand why but I'm fine with this so far.

Thank you Paulo for your time and support.

Did you restart the computer after the steps above? If not, see if it helps

If still not, try to remove any other language except English using PowerShell. See option two

    https://www.elevenforum.com/t/remove-language-i...

Once removed, set English as your display language once again using PowerShell

Unfortunately, didn't work, I followed exact mentioned steps but didn't work at all.

it's so strange. I'm suspecting a bug in the OS.
