Microsoft Partner Center prevents me from enrolling into the Windows & Xbox Program

Hi everybody,

I have registered as a Company in the Microsoft Partner Center because I would like to submit my Windows apps to the Microsoft Store.

The payment of the required fee went fine, my Company was successfully recognized and authorized by Microsoft.

The problem is, when I try to enroll in the Windows & Xbox Program, I am prevented from doing so.

Specifically, when I get to the following page:

I already opened a support ticket a few days ago but the reply I got from the MS support did not help. They just advised me to clear the cache, use a different browser and try again, but doing so led to nothing and the issue still persists.

Has anyone in this forum encountered the same problem?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your reply. I tried enrolling in the Windows & Xbox Program using a new computer, but even that didn't work. Thank you anyway.
