After today's cumulative update for Windows 10 and 11, 2023-04, every time I open Chrome the default app settings of windows will open. I've tried many ways to resolve this without luck. This is happening to all 600 systems with the update. Removing the update makes the issue go away. Anyone else having this issue?

I have feedback hub disabled in group policy. I'm mainly interested if other's are having the issue. Too late to hide updates, they've all been pushed. The issue was not noticed immediately unfortunately. I will probably have to use wusa.exe to remove this month's cumulative update. The update itself is not uninstallable in WSUS. This may buy me a month to figure this out. We are a google oriented business and chrome is our go to. I have pushed many settings affecting the defaults on Windows. That shouldn't get in the way, never has until this update. When I open Edge, the default apps settings does not open. When I open Brave, the default apps settings does not open. Only when I open chrome.

anyone coming here can see the question asked by Todd on the Microsoft Q&A here:
If the Default Apps list shows Maps as requiring 'Choose a default', then, for some unknown reason, it appears the device may have offline maps.
Click on Offline Maps on the left, and if it shows any maps, click on Delete all maps (assuming you don't know what they are, and don't need them).
Closing Chrome and reopening, I found that the prompt to set default apps no longer appears.
I have noticed this with a couple of computers in my organization starting this morning, 4/13. It only occurs when Chrome opens and the windows settings open as well.
