Hi TR, my name is John D. an independent advisor happy to help you with this.

There are a few options you can try to boost or enhance the sound on your laptop. You can use the Volume Mixer, keyboard volume controls, or the Action Center to adjust the volume and other audio settings. Additionally, if you're using Windows 11, you can enable the Enhance Audio feature in the Settings app to automatically improve sound quality.

I hope these tips help you resolve the issue.

    Best regards,

    John D.

    Hey Snider,

    I will assume the following:

    -OS: Windows 11

-The problem appears only with the speaker of the the laptop.

-In the System > sound > Volume mixer. all apps are set to the maximum volume.

-Device drivers are checked already and they are correct and up to date.

Laptops which runs windows 11, have already pre-installed volume equalizer app, and this is because the sound enhancement feature is no longer supported.

Let's dive and find your lost software, a software might be between your apps, press (Win) and search for:

    -realtek audio console

    -Dell audio

    -Waves maxxaudio pro

    -HP audio

    -b&o audio

If still can't find an app, download: Equalizer Apo.

    Thank you,

    Ammar Rayyan

I have Windows 11 (for work) and there is no "Enhance Audio" feature or setting in Windows Settings.

This is deliberately misleading, and false. Attempting to adjust these settings will NOT make your media louder. If you have your volume all the way up these "adjustment options" are not applicable using windows 11. They are not capable of making your audio louder than what is standard. This used to be achievable through windows 10 but is no longer. You can not "boost" your audio with out 3rd party intervention. These mods should be ashamed of the blatant lies.

TLDR Buy or download a free program to enhance audio capabilities.
