I just wanted to access my USB stick for some files and I just found these

I have tried deleting them , but no success. Trying to make a folder with the same name creates the same files but with different characters
How can I get rid of them?

    Hi Albert,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The file system on that USB is corrupt, most likely it was removed while files were still being accessed on the USB drive.do you have a safe copy of the files from that USB drive?

That USB drive will need to be re-formatted, but please know that will delete all content from that drive.

In File Explorer, right lick that drive and select Format, then accept the defaults 9thish usually is NTFS) and apply that.

When that process completes, try adding files/folders to the USB to see if they are created successfully.
