Hello! My name is Mostafa, and I’m an independent advisor and a long-time Microsoft user.

I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue, and I will try my best to assist you with this so that you find a satisfactory solution.

To undo a command in Command Prompt, try pressing "Ctrl" + "C" or typing "exit" to close the Command Prompt. If that doesn't work, please try restarting in Safe Mode or using System Restore to roll back to a previous state.

Note: Restoring won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made.

I hope the above steps helped you. In case of additional questions, reach out back to me, and I will be happy to help and try my best to resolve your issue. Thank you.

    Best,

    Mostafa

You are welcome! If the system restores process is not completing successfully, try running a system file check to see if there are any corrupted files on your system. To do this, open the Command Prompt and type "sfc /scannow" (without quotes) and press Enter. This will scan your system files and attempt to repair any issues it finds.

If the system file check doesn't resolve the issue, try booting into safe mode and attempting the system restore from there. To enter safe mode, restart your computer and press the F8 key repeatedly until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears. From there, select "Safe Mode" and attempt the system restore again.
