When i sign in my windows i get 2 options to which account i want to sign in the 1st one is my normal microsoft account and the 2nd is some random account named Administrator, so i went to netplwiz and clicked on remove in which it said "The user DESKTOP-F10C0EU\Adminisrator could not be removed." so i clicked on the user's properties and as description it says "Built-in account for administering the computer/domain". I tried to remove it from regedit as an answer to the question but nothing happened and i still couldn't remove it.

    Hello Shkembo,

This would be the built-in "Administrator" account.

You can't delete it, but you can disable it using an option in the tutorial below.
