Default Mail app
- Open the Mail app on your Windows 10 computer.
- Click on the "Junk Email" folder in the left-hand navigation pane.
- If you do not see the Junk Email folder, click on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the app, then click "Folders" and select "Junk Email" from the list of available folders.
Outlook desktop app
- Open Outlook on your Windows 10 computer.
- Click on the "Junk Email" folder in the left-hand navigation pane.
- If you do not see the Junk Email folder, click on the "More" button at the bottom of the navigation pane, then click "Junk Email" from the list of available folders.
