I've forgotten the new PIN I just set and could log to my old MS Phone. I've 52+Go stored locally and could not perform any of hard factory reset!

Any advise?

Thanks in advance

Hello! My name is Cristiano. I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you.

Here are some things you can try to recover your PIN:

    1. Try entering the PIN again, slowly and carefully. If you still can't remember it, you can try the following steps: * Click "I forgot my PIN." * Enter your Microsoft account password. * Follow the instructions to reset your PIN.
    2. If you don't remember your Microsoft account password, you can reset it using the following steps: * Click "I forgot my password." * Follow the instructions to reset your password.
    3. If you've enabled two-factor authentication, you can use your recovery codes to reset your PIN. * Go to your Microsoft account security page. * Click "More security options." * Under "Advanced security settings," click "Get started." * Follow the instructions to create or recover your recovery codes.
    4. If you've forgotten your recovery codes, you can contact Microsoft support for help.

If you're still unable to recover your PIN, you may need to perform a hard factory reset on your phone. This will erase all of your data, so be sure to back up your data before you do this.

To perform a hard factory reset on your phone, follow these steps:

    1. Turn off your phone.
    2. Hold down the power button and the volume down button at the same time.
    3. When the phone vibrates, release the power button but keep holding down the volume down button.
    4. Use the volume buttons to scroll to "Reset phone" and press the power button to select it.
    5. Use the volume buttons to scroll to "Yes, delete all user data" and press the power button to select it.
    6. The phone will start resetting. This process may take several minutes.
    7. When the reset is complete, the phone will restart.

Once the phone has restarted, you will need to set it up again. You can then restore your data from a backup if you have one.

    I hope this helps!
