YouTube videos keep pausing then restarting with no sound on all browsers

For some reason today, after having made no changes at all, YouTube videos started to frequently pause while playing, and then restart playing without sound working. I have tried clearing cookies/cache/browsing history, and even changing to different browsers like Chrome & Edge, but it is the same on every browser. I am using Windows 11, and Firefox browser to try and watch videos on this trainwreck of a website, but it seems they have completely broken now and completely refuse to play a video uninterrupted anymore. IS THAT IT is YouTube just gone now?? Can someone explain this to me please, and provide a fix?? Thanks in advance!!

While I appreciate the advice, I was confused as to why I would have to do these things 'Out of Nowhere' honestly....

My extensions have not been changed and I have done nothing with 'Hardware Acceleration' that I am aware of. So why now, when nothing on my end was changed?? The ONLY thing that changed at all was the website, but after shutting down my laptop, then coming back later it seemed to correct itself.

Also, when I opened the Email informing me you posted on my question, it required me to add some type of certification/verification that I had seen*, which I have only seen before on scam phishing Emails.*
