My laptop is having some issues

Hello! I am here to ask if anyone can help me with the problem I am having. I was watching some content on YouTube, and I paused the video to take a shower. There was nothing wrong until I came back from the shower. Before, my audio worked, but when I tried after, I could not hear any sound through my headset. So I try going on Spotify and see if I can hear any noise from music. But I couldn't hear any sound. I have decided to restart my laptop, and there is an update I can do (I am using Windows 10). So I clicked update computer and restarted. After my laptop was restarted, it appears that it stopped connecting with my second monitor. Whenever I start my laptop, it will automatically connect with my second monitor, but this time it doesn't connect to my monitor. It started getting worse; I opened Youtube to see if the audio was fixed, but it wasn't. So I even unplugged my 3.5mm headset and plugged it back in, but nothing changed. I have restarted my laptop again and unplugged and plugged in my 3.5mm headset again, but this time it is not showing me that the jack has been plugged in or unplugged. When I clicked the audio icon at the bottom right of the screen, I always saw some audio that was showing, even if I plugged or unplugged my headset. I have unplugged my headset to see if I can hear the sound through the speaker that is on my laptop, but it doesn't make any sound even when I use the laptop speaker. I really cannot fix the problem I am having, and I am asking if anyone can help me with the problem I am having.

    Hi Sion,

Thank you so much for keeping me posted. This issue usually occurs when an update was interrupted or there's a compatibility issue between the hardware and the update.

We can try to perform a system restore.

    Use System Restore

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use...

Note: System Restore won’t delete your personal files, but it will uninstall apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was created.

Please let me know how it goes,

    Thank you,

    Christine

So I have tried all the steps you have written. In the first step, there wasn't any problem that appears with the hardware. In the second step, I tried troubleshooting almost all the drivers that are listed and I found out that the Audio services not responding keep showing me. Also, some of the troubleshooting requires me to plug the headset or other output devices to be connected to try the troubleshooting but It keeps showing me it is unplugged even though I have plugged my headset into a 3.5 mm jack. Third and fourth steps I updated all the drivers and restarted my laptop but nothing changed.
