    Apple discontinued iTunes.

    iTunes is still available -- and still works -- for Windows 7. It's been discontinued for more recent versions of Windows.

    iTunes is an Apple product, so you should ask for help in Apple's iTunes for Windows forum:

    That being said, If you have iTunes installed on Windows 7, open iTunes and click Help > About iTunes to see what version you have.

    The latest (and final) version of iTunes for Windows 7 is 12.10.11.2. If you have that version, there is no further update.

    If you have an earlier version of iTunes installed on Windows 7, click Help > Check for Updates.

    If Check for Updates doesn't work for you, or if you don't have iTunes installed on Windows 7, download the appropriate installer here: https://support.apple.com/downloads/itunes 

    Do NOT go to the Microsoft Store. Downloads from the Microsoft Store are not for Windows 7
