I have a very big problem with my pc my M letter is not working ?

i tried every single thing to fix it i created a new user account i did all the keys stuff i bought a new keyboard very expressive one i reset my pc 2 times nothing is working i feel so bad like my pc is so important to me please i need help i did signed in 2 accounts in the same time it works for one time then return to not working i need help please

    Hi Younis Mohammed,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open Device Manager, then expand the Display Adapters section, do you have Nvidia graphics?

    If you do, open Nvidia Experience and disable the Game Overlay option, then restart your PC and check if the M key is working again.

    Hi Younis Mohammed,

    The Game Overlay function is known to cause this problem because t assigns a keyboard shortcut to the M key automatically which blocks that key in Windows when Game Overlay is enabled.

    if you need to use Game Overlay re-assign the keyboard shortcut that is set to M to another key.
