Hi Cheesey ...,
Since this problem has survived a re-install of Windows, it would be best to get your graphics tested for a hardware fault if you cannot find a working compatible and stable driver.

In Windows Event Viewer, this can show as a Warning from Source: Display, Event ID 4101:
"Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and successfully recovered."
What i have tried:
-Clean Re-install of graphics driver using DDU.
-Changing Timeout Delay Recovery (Tdr) in the system Registry
-Ensuring all overclocking is set to default settings.
-Setting all system power setting to maximum performance.
-Clean install of Windows.
-Checking computer Memory Integrity via Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool.
-Command Prompt diagnosis and file repair via System File Checker command,DISM,Check disk.
-Stress All of my system to Full load(92 celsius)for 30 min using OCCT ,issues not occur.

If your Windows is fully up to date, along with all other drivers, BIOS, Firmware... etc. really the only thing you can do is contact Nvidia support or get your Nvidia graphics tested
i already stress test my Graphic Card full load for 30 min in OCCT but i didnt get any crash.CPU also.
the issue still persist
i already did DDU and installed older version of NVIDIA(Recommend from my laptop manufaturer)
the issue still persist
Hi Cheesey ...,
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
There seems to be a lot of problems with Nvidia drivers lately, many, many people are getting blue screens with the latest Nvidia drivers, have you tried using DDU to remove the drivers and then installing a couple of slightly older versions of the driver to see if you can find a stable one?
