    Hello Watt Efird,

Good to see you in Microsoft Community.

If you thought your Windows computer has been hacked, I recommend that you change your account password:

    1. Just in case, I recommend that you create a new local administrator account as a backup account to avoid that all accounts cannot log in to the system, in which case you will have to reinstall the system cleanly. Please run Command Prompt as an administrator ("Win" logo key + "Q", type "cmd", select "Run as administrator"), and type the following commands one by one.
       net user UserName Password /add

       net localgroup administrators UserName /add

"UserName" is the new user account name, and "Password" is the password of the user, you can customize them.
    2. If you have concerns about your system security, I recommend that you perform a system scan with Microsoft Safety Scanner to further confirm system security. Visit Microsoft Safety Scanner Download | Microsoft Learn****to download it and operate with the guide.
      • How to run a scan
      1. Download this tool and open it.
      2. Select the type of scan that you want to run and start the scan.
      3. Review the scan results displayed on screen. For detailed detection results, view the log at %SYSTEMROOT%\debug\msert.log.
Visit How to troubleshoot an error when you run the Microsoft Safety Scanner for more details. Disclaimer*: Running* Microsoft Safety Scanner can help you check if the system is disturbed or if malicious software exists. To avoid any trouble for you, please follow them step-by-step and back up all your personal files first to ensure you do not lose data.
    3. Then regarding your Mac Book Pro, I suggest you ask Apple Technical Support for further assistance. Hope your problem will be solved soon! Apple Community - ask a new question.
