    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    I know how frustrating it is when the computer doesn't work as expected.

    Make sure Windows is updated:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/upd...

    If Windows is already updated or updating didn't help. I suggest you do the procedures below. If you have already done one, skip to the next one.
    Close the Microsoft Store before doing the procedures to avoid errors.

    Run the troubleshooter:

    1. Click the Start button;
    2. Select "Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot";
    3. Select "Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter".

    Clear your Microsoft Store cache.

    1. Press "Windows + R";
    2. Type WSReset.exe ;
    3. Click OK.
      See if the mentioned problem is fixed.

    If the problem persists, reset the Microsoft Store app:

    1. Click the Start button;
    2. Select "Settings > Apps > Apps & features";
    3. Select "Microsoft Store" and click "Advanced options";
    4. Click "Reset" and click "Reset" again.
      – Also, try the "Repair" option in the same place if Reset doesn't work

    If the problem persists, re-register the Microsoft Store.

    1. Press "Windows + X" and select "Windows PowerShell (Admin)";
    2. Type or paste the following command and press Enter:

    Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

    Note if the command will run correctly or will have a red message.

    1. Restart the PC.

    Feel free to ask back any questions.

    I had the same problem for quite a while and tried a lot of different solutions. Here's what worked for me:

    The ms-windows-store Purgecaches error can occur when the License Manager Service is disabled. In this case, you can enable the service via CMD.

    **Step 1.**Type cmdin the Searchbox, and then right-click Command Promptand select Run as administrator.

    **Step 2.**In the elevated Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter.

    sc config LicenseManager start= demand

    **Step 3.**Restart your computer and see if the error still occurs.

    I had the same issue. After 8 hours of research I fixed it. Please see below:

    I am not affiliated with any of these link or programs, anything you do is at your own risk. However, this worked for me.

    Fix issues with Microsoft Store

    Step 1: Download the gaming Service Repair Tool for PC, from Xbox. https://aka.ms/GamingRepairTool

    Follow instructions from here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/gaming-services-repair-tool

    Test if xbox works skip to Step 5.

    If not, next

    Step 2:

    Download Wingetui from : https://www.marticliment.com/wingetui/ Install Go to the "Installed" tab and search "xbox". If you see "Xbox" Next, if not, Step 3

    Right click on "xbox" and uninstall as administrator. Repeat for "Microsoft Store"

    Step 3:

    Goto: https://store.rg-adguard.net/

    Copy link below and past in the space next to URL(link) https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9MV0B5HZVK9Z?hl

    Press the check mark or press enter

    Step 4:

    Right click on the windows icon on taskbar and click on Windows Powershell (admin)

    Get the path to the downloaded file

    Copy Add-AppxPackage -Path and paste in PowerShell, then add in the direct path to the file (see below for example)

    Enter: Add-AppxPackage -Path C:\Path\App-Package.msixbundle

    Step 5: run xbox app. This will find the error with windows store and fix it. Fix all issues found here. The locations to repair files in xbox app is settings -> General ENJOY
