i reinstalled one drive to check your recommendations but it filled all the drive with useless **** uploads, there was no such option what you suggested. microsoft has added few new features ( 3 folders ) to click on them to stop auto uploads, i stopped in this way, the one drive stopped syncing for a while and then again started auto uploading... plz check this youtube video...

    Hi baktazjam,

I'm Rodrigo and I'll help you.

Make sure THat the backup option is disabled, To do it, right-click the OneDrive icon on the right side of the taskbar > Settings > Manage backup > turn off all options for the folders.

Now OneDrive will not upload automatically your files, only the files you place in the OneDrive folder.

It will try to upload every file in the OneDrive folder, indefinitely. The only way to completely stop the sync is to quit (close) OneDrive.

These three folders are the backup feature, keep it deactivated (as it is) to avoid more files uploading.

Is it disabled, and will not enable at the moment because there is not enough storage on OneDrive.

You will only be able to stop the automatic upload and keep OneDrive open by removing the unsynced files from the OneDrive folder.
