Hello,
I have a computer with Windows 11 Pro x64.
I recently acquired a smartphone OPPO Reno 4Z 5G (CPH2065 - Version ColorOS 12.1).
For the first few days everything worked perfectly. But for the past 3 days I've been having a problem.
I switched from GTX 750TI graphics to GTX 1660 SUPER OC.
Now Windows recognizes the mobile phone's network card and that's how I have Internet access on my PC.
But the Explorer doesn't recognize my mobile phone and I don't have access to the data stored in its storage.
I have already removed and reinstalled the USB drivers (ADB USB Drivers r13).
Windows 11 Pro x64, version 22H2
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
12GB RAM
Gigabyte GTX 1660 SUPER OC
Waiting for your response.

Thank you for your help. I already solved my problem.. The usb drivers .inf file contained an error. I already corrected the file and now Windows Explorer already recognizes my phone. Thank you very much.
Hi, Manuel. I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem, and I hope I can assist you to find a satisfactory solution.
Is file transfer mode enabled on your smartphone?
To do this, connect your smartphone to the computer via USB and open the USB connection settings on your smartphone. Be sure to select file transfer mode or MTP (Media Transfer Protocol). Please note: This is a user-to-user community forum. We are users just like you who help others. Hello,
Thanks for the reply
In connection and sharing I only have the following options:
Personal Hotspot
Tethering Bluetooth
Tethering USB
If the USB tethering option is active I have internet
If it is deactivated I don't have internet and I should have access to the cell phone storage,
which I don't have now .
I had before.
I discovered that I can access the data stored on the smartphone by running an FTP address in
windows explorer but if the files are too big the transfer stops because time is limited.
