    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! I'm Microsoft user like you.

    1. Please boot your laptop into BIOS

Select the Main tab, check whether the Touchpad is in I2C mode, if it is, change that to Basic Mode

    1. Go to Device Manager

    Expand the Human Interface Device

Look for I2C or HID Touchpad

    Right click and Update

Look for "Browse my computer for driver

Let me pick drivers available drivers

Choose an old driver and use it.

In case of additional questions, reach out back to me, and I will be happy to help and try our best to resolve your issue.

    Best Regards,

    Prakash
