Hello! i have found myself hearing strange buzzing/white noise from my microphone instead of my voice, it happened the first time for a brief moment before it stopped, the second time it took longer and i had updated all my drivers to see if it would help, however, it returned shortly. The next day i searched here where someone had the same issue but none of the provided information helped.

    Hi Diana,

I'm sorry for that. Yes, it's possible it's a hardware issue. Please try your mic with another Computer or try another mic with your computer to check if the issue persists.

You also can use 3rd party software to remove the noise from your mic.

Hello! My name is Mostafa, and I will try my best to assist you with this so that you find a satisfactory solution.

I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue. There are several potential causes of buzzing/white noise in a microphone.

Ensure your microphone is selected as the default recording device and its input level is set appropriately. You can do this by searching "Change system sounds" in the search box.

Ensure that your computer's audio drivers are up to date. You can usually find and download the latest drivers from your computer manufacturer's website or the website of the audio device manufacturer.

Ensure that the microphone and cable are in good working condition and that all connections are secure. Try a different cable or microphone if you have one available.

Check the below link to try some solutions.

    Mostafa

I have tried all of the solutions provided beforehand and none of them worked, Is it possible I have purchased a faulty device that had malfunctioned after just a few weeks? i made sure it wasn't dropped or made contact with water over the time I had it.
