Hello, I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

LTSC is an Enterprise edition of Windows. Please ask LTSC questions to your System Admin, or at our sister forums for IT Professionals, Q&A forums here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/answers/index....

Microsoft Community is strictly an end-consumer forum. Solutions we give here will conflict with the organization''s Group Policy which we do not use in consumer forums at all.

There are also equally good (and sometimes busier) 3rd party IT Pro forums here:

    https://www.techrepublic.com/forums/

    https://www.spiceworks.com/

If this is strictly consumer usage, then here are fixes for the error that may help:

    https://softwarekeep.com/help-center/fix-the-ws...

https://www.thewindowsclub.com/fix-wslregisterd... (Avoid ad links which intrude into editorial copy, especially DO NOT INSTALL Restoro, PC Repair Tool and Reimage ads)

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/quest...

    I hope it helps.
