Change HEIC photos to JPG format for Android phones

Hello, I have a lot of photos on my mobile phone which automatically were taken on HEIC format ( not my choice). I wish to upload the photos onto my PC.

Alas I cannot do so as it only recognise JPG format and I cannot put those photos under " Pictures " on the Files Explorer page.

Which programs would you advise: free and easy to use. Thank you in advance . Marie.

    Another option is Apowersoft HEIC Converter, which is an online tool that allows you to upload entire folders of HEIC files at once for conversion. You can also use CopyTrans HEIC for Windows to quickly and easily convert HEIC files to standard JPG images on Windows.

    You can also download HEIC converter on the Microsoft store on your PC
