How to use microsoft ergonomic keyboard?

Hi,

My big company bought for me and more of coleagues a lot of Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboards.

But there is no detailed user manual how to properly use this kind of keyboard. There is an article titled like my post Use Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard - Microsoft Support but there is nothing about which finger I should stroke which key on keyboard. This is not obvious and it is very hard to text on it. There are plenty of materials about 'blind typing' but the layout of microsoft keyboard is different than those articles describe. The split is located in that way that key '6' is on the left side of it for example and in articles for regular keyboards they says it should be stroke by right finger.

Maybe for someone this post will seem to be funny, but each manufacturer should include user manual for its product and especially for product like this for which invalid useage may result in injury or illness when used invalid for long time. This keyboard is produced to raise ergonomic indeed.

I tried to find it in internet. I tried to call to Microsoft. Tried to use https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/create form.

No effects.

Sorry for categorizing this post as 'community center' but there is no correct category for this kind of product.

OS: the newest (in corporate domain)

Mouse and keyboard center installed.

    Hello Robert Zabkiewicz,

Good to see you in Microsoft Community.

The Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard - Microsoft Accessories features a split keyboard design with a curved shape, allowing your hands to rest in a more neutral position. It also includes a palm rest for added comfort.

    • Start typing on the keyboard. The keys should have a responsive feel and provide tactile feedback as you press them. The keyboard layout follows the standard QWERTY layout, so you can type as you would on any other keyboard.
    • The keyboard also includes some additional keys and functionalities. Hot key features: Favorite keys (1/2/3), media keys (Mute/Vol+/Vol-/Music/Previous Track, Play/Pause/Next Track), Calculator, Snipping, TaskView, SysLock, Search, and an Office Key for quick access to Microsoft Office applications. Product feature performance: Customizable features: Footnote1 Favorite keys reassignment; media keys reassignment; LED indicator management (NumLk, Caps Lk, ScrollLk); Enable/Disable Application key; Emoji key reassignment (can only be assigned to Application key)
    • If you want to customize the keyboard settings, you can install the Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse Center software (Visit Mouse and Keyboard Center download - Microsoft Support for more details.). This software allows you to customize key assignments, create macros, and adjust other settings specific to the keyboard. You can download it from the Microsoft website.

Remember, everyone's typing preferences and needs may vary, so feel free to experiment and adjust the keyboard settings to suit your comfort and productivity.

Meanwhile, if you need more help, you may visit Troubleshoot problems with your Microsoft mouse or keyboard - Microsoft Support or visit****Global Customer Service phone numbers (microsoft.com) to select the Global Customer Service phone numbers corresponding to your country or region, and then contact the customer service staff to help you.

If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best Regards,
