XPS document writer is not on my new computer running windows 11, so my quickbooks will not print to PDF or send email.

When I try to download it, it still doesn't work

In Windows 11, the XPS Document Writer is hidden and doesn't always show up when you click on add optional features. This should work:

1. Window+R

2. Type “optionalfeatures”

3. Find Microsoft XPS Document Writer 

4. Check Microsoft XPS Document Writer

5. Hit OK, let Windows run

You should now have the XPS Document Writer show as a printer.

Do the same thing for the XPS Document Viewer.

Go to Settings > Apps > Optional features > More Windows features > check the option "Microsoft Print to PDF" to enable the Print to PDF function
