I Bought the deluxe collection for minecraft but I can't access Bedrock Edition

I bought the deluxe collection and there is a Trial option for bedrock on the launcher and no futher options for bedrock in the minecraft website

    I understand that you're having trouble accessing the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft despite purchasing the Deluxe Collection. It's important to note that the Deluxe Collection includes both Java and Bedrock Editions for PC with the Minecraft Launcher. However, the Bedrock Edition content only runs on Minecraft: Bedrock Edition on Windows.

    If you're not using Windows 10 or Windows 11, you may need to go to Minecraft.net/download to get the Launcher for your operating system and access your game. Could you confirm if you're using either of these operating systems?

    Hello Andreea,

    In the minecraft launcher there is the minecraft for windows option and that is bedrock edition i hope this helped!

    I purchased this Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition Deluxe Collection a few months ago and installed on my Son's computer. He has a new computer, but when I go to the order, click the product link where it says I purchased it, the game page loads and prompts me to BUY again. If I click BUY, it just asks for a payment method again.
    Why is it asking me to purchase it again?

    I'm logged into Windows/Browser with the same user/profile as I made the purchase under (hence I can see my order and link to the product).

    What's gong on?

    This is such a fail from MS! Its almost like you're trying to scam people into re-purchasing the same product.

    I've even tried the Win10/11 specific launcher for Minecraft, and when logged in with the same account I purchased under - it still asks me to purchase again! The launcher will not install DLC/Deluxe collection.

    Minecraft only starts in Trial mode and always prompts to purchase everything (game+DLC) again!

    I have the same problem. It says I have this game in the packet collection but it is not working. Please help me to play this game or to get refund
