Did you mean the online archive mailbox?
Archive mailbox in OWA (Outlook on the web):
If yes, according to this link: Clients supported by Exchange Online Archiving
currently it isn't available to mobile clients which use activesync.
As a workaround, if possible please consider using OWA instead to access the archive mailboxes.
