Bluetooth function disappearing completely all of a sudden, how do I fix it?

My bluetooth function disappeared randomly for what seems to be no particular reason. I have not updated windows recently nor have I done anything to the hardware/system of the device but all my bluetooth devices (which I was using at the time) just disconnected and I could not reconnect them back, let alone have the function to turn bluetooth back on at all. The issue is that I seem to have lost all access to bluetooth as I do not even have the control to turn on/off bluetooth (before restarting my PC, when I hover over my bluetooth devices the "connect" button would just be blurred out)

I have tried many potential solutions (as listed below) but none of them worked:

  1. restarting my pc
  2. tried adding bluetooth to quick action but the option is not there
  3. uninstalling the bluetooth driver
  4. disabling then re-enabling the driver
  5. I have also tried roll-backing the driver
  6. troubleshooting bluetooth (it just says device has no bluetooth when in reality my pc is capable and equipped with bluetooth and have the drivers for it installed as shown in the )
  7. tried updating windows and to install any new drivers but it didn't change anything
  8. completely resetting my PC

*P.S. I tried to upload multiple images but it doesn't seem to be showing up

I have this identical problem, seriously, identical in every detail.

I do have another piece to the puzzle, it's the mouse.

I have a tecknet bluetooth mouse model ewm01832, it has caused this error now on two different laptops.

My personal laptop, which has Windows 11 Home, and now my work Laptop, which has Windows 10 Home.

The mouse connects directly through bluetooth, no dongle.

It seems random, the bluetooth just goes away. No quick access button, no way to add it back. Usually I reboot and its back on my personal laptop, but rebooting my work laptop didn't fix the problem. I need to do a full shutdown and let it sit for a couple minutes, hopefully that will bring it back.

Bluetooth Support Service is running with no errors, restarting it doesn't fix it.

Please help, this is clearly a software issue that this mouse is somehow triggering.

UPDATE - Doing a hard shutdown and giving it a minute restored the bluetooth functionality again. Im switching to the dongle with this mouse until this can get resolved.
