    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! I'm Microsoft user like you.

    1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    2. Cleanup below Temp folders location -> Open Start -> Run -> Type below location one-by-one and press enter -> C:\Windows\Temp -> %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
    3. Please try to repair/reinstall BlueBook App -> Go to Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Select App > Right click -> Select Repair \ ReInstall -> Then Reboot your computer

In case of additional questions, reach out back to me, and I will be happy to help and try our best to resolve your issue.

    Best Regards,

    Prakash

    I have done that.

But I can’t see the option to reinstall if I right click the app on the control panel.

    I only see uninstall.

Please what else can I do?
